To use our Service, you must create a Rhemito Account. We will ask for information such as your name, address, date of birth, phone number, and potentially a government-issued ID or other documents. This information must be accurate and truthful.
Payment Instruments:
You must provide a valid payment method, such as a bank account, debit card, or credit card ("Payment Instrument"), to fund your Transactions. By adding a Payment Instrument, you confirm that you are an authorized user of it and consent to us storing its details for future transactions.
Account Security:
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and any other security credentials safe. Do not share them with anyone. We will never ask you for your password. Notify us immediately through our Help Center if you believe your account has been compromised.

The Service is for personal and business purposes. You may not create an account for another person.
To use Rhemito, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract
Maintain only one active Rhemito Account
When you submit a Transaction, you are making an offer for us to process it, which we may accept or decline at our discretion.
To comply with UK laws, including anti-money laundering regulations, and to protect our platform from fraud, we must verify your identity. You authorize Rhemito to make any inquiries we deem necessary, either directly or through third parties, to validate the information you provide. This may involve requesting additional documentation or asking you to confirm ownership of your email or Payment Instrument.
When you initiate a Transaction, it is your responsibility to ensure all details are correct, especially the Recipient's information. Once a Transaction is submitted, we may not be able to change it. Subject to applicable law, you are responsible for losses resulting from incorrect information you provide.
We are not liable for a failure to complete a Transaction if your Payment Instrument has insufficient funds or if your instructions are incomplete or inaccurate.
Service Fee:
For each Transaction, you agree to pay us an "Admin Fee" in addition to the Transaction Amount. The specific fee will be clearly disclosed to you before you confirm the Transaction for processing.
Foreign Exchange:
Rhemito and our partners make money on currency exchange. When you send money in GBP for payout in another currency, we use a foreign exchange rate. This rate will be disclosed to you before you authorize the transaction.
Third-Party Charges:
We are not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or card issuer, such as "cash advance" fees, interests, or non-sufficient funds (NSF) fees. You are solely responsible for these charges.
Error Resolution:
You have a right to dispute errors in your Transaction. You must contact us within 180 days of the transaction by emailing help@rhemito.com or calling +44 20 8731 4574 or +44 7535 838208. You can also reach out to us via WhatsApp business on +44 20 8731 4574.
Please provide your name, contact information, the error you believe has occurred, along with the details of the transaction. We will investigate and inform you of the results.
Cancellations:
You may request to cancel a Transaction at any time before it is completed. A transaction is considered "complete" once the funds have been paid out to the Recipient (e.g., deposited into their bank account or picked up as cash). If we can successfully cancel it, we will refund the full Transaction Amount and any Service Fees to your original Payment Instrument.
Our On-Time Delivery Guarantee:
We provide you with a delivery date and time for your transaction. If your money arrives later than promised, you are eligible for a refund of your Service Fee. To request this, please contact our customer service via Email, WhatsApp business or a phone call.
⚠️ Please read this section carefully, as it affects your legal rights.
Informal Resolution:
Before taking formal action, you and Rhemito agree to first try to resolve any dispute informally. The party with a claim will send a written "Claim Notice" to the other. You can send a notice to: Rhemito, Funtech Global Communications Ltd, Devonshire House, Manor way, Borehamwood, Herts. WD6 1QQ, United Kingdom, Attn: Legal Department. We will send a notice to the email address on your Rhemito Account. We will then have 60 days to negotiate a resolution.
Agreement to Arbitrate:
If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you and Rhemito agree to resolve any claim relating to this Agreement or the Service through final and binding individual arbitration, rather than in court.
WAIVER OF JURY TRIAL AND CLASS ACTIONS:
BY AGREEING TO ARBITRATION, YOU AND RHEMITO ARE EACH WAIVING THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL. FURTHERMORE, ALL CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS ACTION OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
This section outlines how any disagreements between you and Rhemito will be handled. It is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Informal Resolution First:
We are committed to resolving issues fairly and efficiently. Before initiating any formal action, you agree to first contact our customer service team at help@rhemito.com to explain your concern. We will work with you in good faith to find a solution. Most issues can be resolved this way.
Formal Complaint Procedure:
If you are not satisfied with the initial resolution, you can lodge a formal complaint by contacting our Complaints Department. If your dispute involves our payment services and we are unable to resolve it to your satisfaction, you may have the right to refer your complaint to the UK's Financial Ombudsman Service.
Binding Arbitration:
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the methods above, you and Rhemito agree that it will be settled through binding individual arbitration. The arbitration will be administered by the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) and conducted in accordance with the LCIA Arbitration Rules, which are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this clause. The number of arbitrators shall be one. The seat, or legal place, of the arbitration will be London, England. The language of the arbitration will be English. The arbitrator, not a judge, will have the authority to resolve the dispute.
Exception for Small Claims:
As an alternative to arbitration, you may bring a qualifying individual claim against us in the small claims track of the County Court in England and Wales.
Opt-Out Right:
You may opt out of this arbitration provision. To do so, you must send a written, signed notification of your intent to opt out to our Legal Department within 30 days of accepting this Agreement. Your notification must be sent to: Legal Department Funtech Global Communications Ltd. Devonshire House, Manor way, Borehamwood, Herts. WD6 1QQ, United Kingdom.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising from it (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Subject to the arbitration clause above, you and Rhemito irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising from this Agreement.
